Ticket Booking
Participation in the tours is only possible in conjunction with an additional admission ticket for the site, which must be purchased separately.
We recommend booking tickets for the tours online in advance. The number of participants per tour is limited, and only with online booking will you have a guaranteed spot on your desired date. If a date is sold out, no remaining tickets will be available on-site. Ticket cancellations are not permitted.
Meeting Point
The meeting point for all tours is the ticket office at the entrance to the site. Please plan to arrive at least ten minutes before the tour begins.
Important Notes
- Due to the structural conditions, the tours are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Therefore, strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
- Dogs are welcome to join the tours as well. Please observe the leash requirement on our premises.
- Closed-toe, sturdy footwear is required.
- In case of tardiness, participation in the tour cannot be guaranteed. In this case, tickets lose their validity, and there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
- The minimum number of participants for our tours is 5 people. If this number is not reached by 1 day before the tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. You will be informed by email and refunded accordingly.
- Photography during the tour is permitted for private use only.
- Our tours take place even in light rain. Please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella if necessary.
