TICKETS AND PAYMENT
Tickets can be purchased both through our online shop and at the on-site ticket office. We accept cash and card payments on-site.
To avoid longer waiting times, we recommend purchasing tickets for your visit in advance through the online shop.
RESTROOM FACILITIES
Toilets are located in the courtyard of the site. Additionally, DIXI toilets are available at several locations on the premises.
DOGS
Dogs are always welcome guests on the premises. However, we kindly ask that they be kept on a leash.
GETTING HERE
Our address is Teufelsseechaussee 10, 14193 Berlin.
The Heerstraße S-Bahn station is approximately a 30-minute walk from the site.
By car, you can drive up to the beginning of the mountain. Just after turning right uphill onto Teufelsseechaussee, there is a free gravel parking lot. From there, it’s about a ten-minute walk to the entrance of the site.
Please note that parking along the road towards the site is not allowed, and vehicles parked there will be towed at the owner’s expense.
ACCESSIBILITY
Most of the outdoor areas of the site can be easily explored with a wheelchair. For the tower building and the gallery area inside, there is a wheelchair-accessible elevator. As this elevator must be operated by trained staff only, we recommend making a prior appointment via our email address info@teufelsberg-berlin.de if needed.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Photography is permitted on the premises and during guided tours. However, photos and videos may not be produced or used for commercial purposes.
